He goes by PIKO, and it's all lies... Apparently he has the same vocal range and tone of both a male and female, so he's like a vocal hermaphrodite. This is literally how my thought process on this one went:
My first thought upon seeing above picture: 'Aw, she's cute.'
Second thought: '....Wonder who that even is.'
Third thought: 'LIES!'
